He assists the leadership team in managing the uncertainty, resistance and pressure from stakeholders of the status quo. Clients know why their organisations need to be challenged but look for how to do this. In supporting his clients, Christopher and his partners use a combination of advisory work, team facilitation, coaching and leadership development programmes.
