PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Christopher has a multi-cultural background, born French-Norwegian, raised across continents and continued being exposed in his 20 years’ career to ever diverse and new experiences in organisational and executive development. This has fed his curiosity and a particular ability to sense and adapt to his environment, an ability he applies in every assignment.
He has a deep experience with complex, global organisations and diffuse leadership undergoing significant change both as a consultant and in his previous career. He worked for more 15 years in post-merger integration in global law firms (Clifford Chance, Linklaters). His first career was with the European Commission in the 90s working on the EU enlargement process.
He engages in pro-bono work with the Cartier Woman’s Initiative Awards aiming at identifying, supporting and encouraging projects by women entrepreneurs.
Christopher graduated from INSEAD (France) with an Executive Masters in Organisational Psychology and Coaching and from Cambridge university (UK) in Political sciences. He has complementary qualification in systemic coaching and design thinking.
